LHL claimed that the jokes were from PRCs themselves. How ignorant he is.

It is alright for PRCs to joke abt themselves.

But it is not alright for LHL, an outsider, to joke abt them. To doubly compound it, he joked abt it to the Americans. To triple compund it, he is SG's PM.
