His putting on the charm, with honeyed (oh so humble) post match speak on "what if 11 devils" sounds suspiciously laying the sweet ground?![]()
He's definitely keeping his options open.

I say, bring on the Special One after Fergie's retirement!
i would prefer Robbo Captain Marvel, ideally tied down on a non sackable 10 years contract..
Oh common, he's as old as daglish, you can't teach an old dog about modern soccer
forget about those exotic continental names like Jose or Pep who had no past connections to the club. true man u fans would want their loved legendary ex players to manage the club. you don't like Captain Marvel to be manager, what about The Governor ?

Governor Paul Ince? That Bloke?

Actually, Mourinho secretly hates Man Utd.
All you Man Utd fans, please don't think he wants to take over at Old Trafford, or he actually meant it when he said 'the better team lost'.![]()
Legendary ex players may end up being really shitty managers. Look at Maradona, Zola, Mark Hughes, Dalglish.
You know how to kick the ball and score goals, doesn't necessarily mean you also know how to manage a football team.
He doesn't need to mean it because his team won. There have been many times in the past where he claimed his better team lost.
There was even one occasion where he changed the result of the match in a post-match interview, because he claimed the opponent's 2 goals were offside.
Oh. and he also said that he doesn't think Arse-nal will get past Bayern, he must be aiming for Arse-ne's job too.
Keeping his options open.............................
Zola is doing a great job with Watford in the championship now.
Dalglish won the premier league with Blackburn.
Not always shitty.......................
If Arsenal bought over by the sheiks, there might be chances of he coming. But i still prefer wenger to be the manager.![]()

With Wenger as manager, Arse-nal will probably never win the premier league again and may never win the champions league ever.
But his way of managing the club in many ways is the right way from an economic, financial and business point of view.
Wenger knows more about economics, finance and business than Fergie, Redknapp, Mancini, and Benitez put together.
The first 2 in particular are clueless, yet they get so much credit as football managers.
True. But maybe with the cash injected by the Sheiks, wenger is finally able to spend without feeling guilty. Arsenal just can't compete with the rest of the big club with Stan Kroenke around.
