The school will not interview the drivers as they are usually employed by subcontractors. I can however imagine that there is some code of conduct the drivers must adhere to, be it from the school or bus company. I'm sure this fellow will be disciplined.

in the first place there exist kuai lan people who walk slowly when crossing road and this is probably what happned. you see all these idiots all the time walking slowly, using handphones when crossing, crossing when light is red man, etc or walking on a crowded pavement 3 or 4 abreast slowly talking or texting as if their grandfather own the road. Reckless school bus driver is speeding with kids in the bus and nearly knock down both me and my colleague.
Unrepentant and unapologetic, he stopped his bus and assaulted and hurled abusive vulgarities at my colleague in light green shirt, under the witness of the public and kids in the school bus. DID YOU SEE THERE ARE KIDS IN THE SCHOOL BUS??? In the video you can tell that even under media attention, his gangsterism behavior do not stop him from physical and verbal abuses.
Damages on my mobile phone is little, but damages on the image of Singapore is irreversible. Are the authorities going to do any thing to stop this nuisance from the road?

With so many cases of traffic accidents lately, this bus driver behavior just add yet another insight of why accidents do happen. This unacceptable behaviour should be condemned.
Share, if you do not want your children to be in such bad attitude school bus driver, risking your children lives and harmful to the pubic.

From the instant the driver threatened the blue-shirt man, police can be called in, as it can be viewed as a form of criminal intimidation. The driver's words seemed to be threatening and he kept preventing the man from leaving.

From my past experiences, no need to talk to much with these kind of ruffians, just call the police.. and since another man is filming, evidence can be given to the police to support your claims of the driver's actions.

However, once that driver knocked the phone off the other man's hands, I would have just whacked the guy silly. Cos, he started by provoking a me to defend.. I would have pushed him away and wait for his further actions to see what I can follow up. The driver is stupid, as criminal intimidation is one charge, putting his hands on the other man will count for another charge of physical violence.

Just call the police, and like some of the postings here suggested, post on all media to get the point clear. This kind of drivers should not be allowed on the roads, for they endanger the lives of not only the passengers, but to pedestrians too.
