Gross misrepresentation of policies of both sides.
WP somehow believes in system that requires micromanegement and in practice will never work in reality.

For someone who is a supporter of the PAP, commenting on an opposition party micromanaging. Is that real? Don't make me laugh. Just look at the many CPF and HDB rulings, child bearing tax and HR schemes, complicated mean testings schemes, convoluted growth sharing payouts etc, etc. Who is micromanaging?

What PAP basically does is to retain the status quo but throw a few hundred dollars to pay for all the above under existing framework.

I call that patchwork model of government. The PAP has put themselves into a box and find so much comfort inside this box that they are not able to get themselves out of it.
