Woman splashes neighbours' doors with human waste

The smell outside Mr Tan's flat that July morning was the first sign that life was about to descend into a hellish nightmare.

His front door was smeared with paint and faeces.

This was to be repeated four more times by a woman neighbour, whose acts were caught on the CCTV camera that Mr Tan had installed outside his front door.

She also threw oil and incense paper at the front door three more times, the last attack being on Dec 26.

His neighbours at Block 193, Toa Payoh Lorong 4, were not spared either.

Three of them were hit a total of 11 times - with things such as urine, leftover food and incense ash mixed with water - within the five-month period.

Mr Tan and the other neighbours had reported the matter to the police, HDB and the town council.

The police said that they are investigating the case of mischief.

I don't mean to digress from the subject proper but the photo tells another story.

Looks like Mr Tan, the victim was a karung-guni man as can be seen by the rubbish stashed outside his house.

The HDB should look into this as this could be the cause for the "filthy shitty, highly incensed and urine-filled" low-class woman to resort to such a thing, unless off course she is suffering from some psychiatric problems.
