Blame it on GOD as an Act Of God.
Remember when there was a fatal landslide in Genting Highlands some years ago, Sammy Velu declared it as An Act of GOD and had to pay dearly when the people of Malaysia took his statement as blasphemous for blaming the GOOD GOD.

Pancasila does mention one God but does not identify the religion. So not exactly secular but not oriented to one religion.
