What to expect from PM Lee's National Day Rally speech

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will give his National Day Rally 2011 speech on Sunday night.
He will deliver his speech from 6.45pm in Malay and Mandarin, and this will be followed by an intermission at 7.30pm.
At 8pm, he will speak in English. The rally will be held at the University Cultural Centre at the National University of Singapore.
Mr Chen Hwai Liang, Press Secretary to PM Lee, said in a statement: 'At the National Day Rally on Sunday night, PM Lee will discuss how the government will address the issues highlighted by the recent GE, especially in the areas of housing, education and jobs.
this is also our NATIONAL HALLOWEEN NIGHT of the 7th MONTH OF HUNGRY GHOSTS FESTIVAL. what would the nation be expecting?
