How much did National Park paid for this?

$20 for the map and they pocket the remaining $1980.

No corruption in Singapore? You can believe what you want to believe...

be careful nparks don't send you i waana sue you letter.... :)

it is not the map fault. it is the wooden container, it is letting too much moisture and rain water in.

I wonder why the National Parks Board wants to 'act smart' and come up with their own maps, instead of using the same locality maps used by SMRT?

It's should be more efficient and cost effective, and the SMRT maps are definitely of a higher quality.

It is not the fault of the wooden structure, nor the clear plastic enclosure, nor the natural elements; it is the fault of the 60% who blatantly ignore the incompetent people that they voted in.

Tender means can have money to spend. Share means no money to spend and look like no job to do. This is PAPzi productivity.

hi there

1. bro, no offence!
2. top environmental dogs must be streetsmart & knowledgeable on the effect from the elements mah.
3. especially for articles & items in the open!

Why not take a class action suit against NParks? 200*100 gives a nice 20,000K ammo man.

They have lots of money to give to their contractors. Every tree chopped is about $200. Its to the interest of the contractors to chop down as many trees for all kinds of reason even if the trees are perfectly healthy. Instant trees are planted, all with weak roots, one sumatra storm alone can uproot a few hundred of them. At least they are planting trees and maintaining gardens for our comfort. Not rent seekers like the other boards.

Looks more Like the work of vandaLs to me..

Whatever the reasons for the disgraceful state of the map, what this picture tells me is that the people in NParks have no interest in their jobs, have no passion and don't give a shit about their 'products'. Would foldable bicycles costing $2.2k each help in this case?

My army 'dazed' friends use that hotel for 'live firing', and Harvey Avenue was one of the area , we go for 'camping'...during 'army dazed'.
