Back in 2018, Dr Tan See Leng took home $11.9 million despite IHH Healthcare suffering a 35.3% drop in earnings from FY2017. Unsurprisingly, he stepped down as CEO after that. Helen Wong retired as Group CEO of OCBC at the end of 2025 after earning $12 million, and becoming S'pore's highest paid CEO last year.
