Just another example of why it's time for NS to be phased out.
The concept of NS was created when countries were expecting to fight a conventional war. Nowadays with Spore flooded with millions of foreigners I think NS is outdated just like the strongman/dictators/communism & LKY

We should arm the NS recruits with 20cm screw drivers, buy cheap in large quantity from PRC & much more effective that and SAR21 one screw driver can disarm a soldier carrying a SAR 21 rifle....psst!, please don't let the terrorist know.
