The pay cut at Temasek Holdings is pure crap. They received a one-off bonus before the pay cut. Their pay in the first place is 30-40% above market rate. Imagine a fresh graduate (2nd Upper) gets more then 5K.

They should have pay cut start on November pay and year end bonus base on pay cut.
Those whose make decision lost millions of investment should be dismiss/terminated.
