Ruler Loong is warning stupid lackeys and political dissenters that their role is to discuss various decrees that should be implemented without question. Parliament is simply a sideshow for the anglo-saxons and to fulfill the facade of sham republic ideals in Peasantpore. This proves Ruler Loong is another autocrat pretending to engage stupid peasants.
Ruler Loong should have stated the blunt truth that he as the Paramount Ruler has the power to dissolve Parliament and implement China style Imperial System. The Parliament should be dissolved and a Qing Dynasty Grand Council e.g. 軍機處 should be set up. The ministers will become 軍機處大臣 with the Peasants' Representatives appointed as Governors of various wards. In the case, Ruler Loong can do away with elections and save some money. Efficiency is improved by using decrees with little dissent and many policies e.g. more IRs, wage cuts, confiscate pension funds can be implemented to enrich the state at peasants' expense.
In addition, lese majeste rule will make a comeback and any peasant or dissenter found criticising Ruler Loong must be deported to Kusu Island to complete the census of the turtles on that island.
