Technically South Indians and North Indians are two different races.. One is native to India and the other (North) are invaders from Persia..So technically they are Persians.. Who are Persians? So basically Hindusim is not a Religion.. And a hindu is technically a person who has no religion but belives in God.. So you can worship Christ or mother Mary and still be called a Hindu.
