What is your dream?

What is your dream?

To own a Car of at least 1600 cc, a Condo or EC (plus a secured, landed weekend house in Johore), an Annual Holiday trip to northern Asia or Europe, at least $30,000 balance in the Bank Account every month, and a cosy 9-to-5 Job in a carpeted air-con workplace?

A team of young volunteers from Youth Expedition Project Singapore was visiting and helping to renovate some orphanage in Indonesia, while also spending some time with the children. One of the Singaporeans asked “What is your dream?”

One child responded “My dream is that one day I will have enough money to visit Carrefour.”
The young volunteer broke down crying. She said “Every day I can visit Carrefour, and I think it’s nothing special. And for this little child it is one of their dreams to visit it.”

Our children never had it so good; our citizens have big dreams; our government work to fulfil these dreams.

I have many dreams for Singapore

1) To see the Old Fart up the lorry soon.

2) To see the Opposition gain power one day.. Hopefully it will happen in my lifetime.

Honestly, the team of youth volunteers from YEPS should have done their charity work in S'pore.

And my dream? Don't tell you!

it has always been: Singapore be synonymous with graciousness and compassion.:smile::smile:

Bro, u would like the new "Coorective Work Order" tv commercial now showing on mediacorp. :p
Shows a father and mother with their adult son, son is shown to be good in his studies and graduates.
Mother's voiceover has her wondering whether they have brought him up well, and then when he is caught littering and sent for CWO, saying "maybe not".
