Who wouldn’t get excited when you run into your favourite celebrity? It’s an opportunity that hardly comes by after all! However, as fans, we still understand that there are boundaries and such. Unfortunately, it seems not everyone got that memo.
A few days ago, some fans were lucky enough to bump into Andy Lau (刘德华) while outside. The star had been very polite and cordial to his fans. However, one took advantage of that and grabbed Andy’s arm! Of course, Andy wasn’t the only one surprised by the bold move.

On 19th March, one lucky fan detailed an experience they had with Andy Lau. Apparently, they had run into the superstar by chance while out and managed to get an impromptu meet and greet! Andy had been pleasant with his fans, greeting them warmly and shaking their hands.
The Hong Kong star noticeably had less bodyguards with him, presumable to not draw attention to himself. However, those that were there remained as vigilant as ever. Unfortunately, they were all caught off guard when a lady in a pink top rushed in to grab Andy’s arm!
It startled Andy however, the bodyguards acted quickly. They stopped the lady, giving Andy time to pull away. Still, he did not lash out at the fan for the unexpected action. Instead, he continued to smile politely and remained calm. From the video, it seems Andy even playfully sneaked in a wink at the lady as he moved away!

Well, kudos to Andy for his reaction towards the female fan. Despite the action coming as a shock to him too, he treated the entire situation very graciously. We certainly hope fans will be politer to their favourite celebrities in the future!
