Where else do you find a PM/Minister calling locals a disgrace and bigots while letting foreigners fly their flags openly.

The PAP will not even acknowledge a simple mistake. When they introduced the new $2 note which was close in colour to the $10 note in early 1990, the people sometimes handed over the wrong note especially the elderly. LHL who was a minister then , did not acknowledge that it was wrong. 6 months later quietly changed colour.
