Again, Sylvia莲, a former law lecturer just like her fellow former law lecturer Tey Tsun Hang, is trying to be as cocky as Tey. And just like Tey, Sylvia 莲 is also desperately trying to muddy the whole case with her bombastic legal slangs.
But, in simple layman term, Sylvia莲 is accusing the hawkers for being greedy and dishonest.
The hawkers, Sylvia莲 alleges, are greedily demanding the Hammerrhoids to provide them more ‘Extra Services’ in addition to the ‘Special Service’ which is supposedly to be performed to them for free.
If the ‘greedy’ hawkers were indeed putting a ‘separate request’ demanding the ‘good office’ of the Hammerrhoid Town Council to give them ‘Extra Services’ that is ‘not pursuant to its contractual obligation with the Town Council to do annual cleaning of the high areas at markets / hawker centres’, then why the hell is the ‘good office’ of the Hammerrhoid contractors giving the hawkers a quotation that is totally ‘in pursuant to its contractual obligation with the Town Council to do annual cleaning of the high areas at markets / hawker centres.’?
“I want your Extra Service and you still ask me to pay for your free Special Service, how can like that?”
Can Sylvia 莲 explain why the ‘good office’ of her contractors gives the hawkers a quotation that is about cleaning of the ceiling when she alleges that the hawkers are asking for something that is totally unrelated?
If Sylvia 莲 continues to insist that hawkers are greedy and dishonest, then she should show and elaborate the ‘separate request’ demanded by the ‘bad hawkers’ to the ‘good office’ of the Hammerrhoid Town Council.
What kind of separate request are the hawkers actually asking? Asking the ‘good office’ of the Hammerrhoid contractors to scratch their backside and kiss their ass?
