PART 2 OFFENCES
Intentionally causing harassment, alarm or distress
3.—(1) No person shall, with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress to another person, by any means —
(a) use any threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour; or
(b) make any threatening, abusive or insulting communication,
thereby causing that other person or any other person (each referred to for the purposes of this section as the victim) harassment, alarm or distress.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and, subject to section 8, shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
(3) In any proceedings for an offence under subsection (2), it is a defence for the accused person to prove that his conduct was reasonable.
Illustrations
(a) X and Y are co‑workers. At the workplace, X loudly and graphically describes to the other co‑workers X’s desire for a sexual relationship with Y in an insulting manner. X knows that Y is within earshot and intends to cause Y distress. Y is distressed. X is guilty of an offence under this section.
(b) X writes a letter containing threatening words towards Y intending to send the letter to Y to cause him alarm. X decides not to send the letter and throws it away. Y finds the letter and is alarmed. X is not guilty of an offence under this section as he had no reason to believe that the letter would be seen by Y.
Harassment, alarm or distress
4.—(1) No person shall by any means —
(a) use any threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour; or
(b) make any threatening, abusive or insulting communication,
which is heard, seen or otherwise perceived by any person (referred to for the purposes of this section as the victim) likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and, subject to section 8, shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
(3) In any proceedings for an offence under subsection (2), it is a defence for the accused person to prove —
(a) that he had no reason to believe that the words or behaviour used, or the communication made, by him would be heard, seen or otherwise perceived by the victim; or
(b) that his conduct was reasonable.

X and Y are classmates. X posts a vulgar tirade against Y on a website accessible to all of their classmates. One of Y’s classmates shows the message on the website to Y, and Y is distressed. X is guilty of an offence under this section.

Always enjoy reading your FR, very descriptive and more or less can visualize what going on.
Don't mind I share my humble opinion on this, I think you enjoy the fun factor of slots play too much to want to leave. Say, with a BR of 2K and you hit a nice win of around 5-8K with the first 30mins play, will you run and go home immediately? I think most likely you won't, just continue since you now got a bigger BR, hoping for a even bigger win. So, when u win, more BR to stay on, when u lose, got to stay even longer to try and recoup. So, how to leave?
U can be winning a few K one trip, then next trip all give back plus more of your own money. Quite damaging to the financials in the long run, unless can strike a nice big jackpot win of a few hundred K to cover all previous losses.
Having said that, it's still whatever makes one happy. It's your money and if had fun and can afford it, that's all that matters. I just feel all these Ks could be put to better use like holiday trips etc. Worst feeling for me is not so much the $ losses, but rather contributing all that hard earned money to the casinos, it's a sucky feeling.
So now I set myself a threshold allowable spare cash budget monthly. If I win, I can choose to continue going or not. But if I hit my loss level for that month, I stop going totally and rest, and the cold turkey period may go on for a few months too.
Always happy to read those success FR with nice wins, not so nice when reading those big losses.
When reading those FR and on the sideline, sometimes we get a clearer picture on what's happening while the player could be oblivious to it.

We are all here to share the joy in gaming and slots play. Offer some tips whenever possible, in the hope of having just a little added edge in winning. Like which slots to play and where are the loose machines at the moment etc.
We all hope players can win most of the time and not the casinos! No fun when losing, so we just try to play smarter. Please share your opinions and offer your input, good intentions should be understood, hopefully. My England also half past six type, but the casino lingo most will understand :p

Ever won more than 100k one night, also ever burn 50k in few hour
Sometime winning form come, sit any tables, play any slots, cash keep coming in until forget what's call losing
Also ever straight lost few weeks until must find master to ask why
But stop going in to casino is still the best solution, if a hardcore gambler like me can tahan that urge, I believe many people down here can also

Winning more than 10k is not that difficult, need not think or chase for it, important is know the casino and games well, have a cool head, never bring a fear feeling into casino, play accordingly to your own style, fine tune from there each and everyday
Bro kia have a problem finding the exit, I have the problem with the "casino sway sin", in my 2 yrs stint in RWS and MBS, a few times this "sway sin" process me and lose heavily on that day itself

100% total concentration on gaming

Not really a way to live a life, so I stop and luckily I stop successfully
