The witness was listed as part of the inquiry by the state initially. He was also present as a friend when they met Todds Parents. They his parents threw a tantrum at him being included, claiming no time to prepare. etc etc. What was the meat of his testimony. That He saw tood alive the day before, had a drink with him and he seemed ok.
