SPF wo-rk culture and attitude have deteriorated badly. Is it because of poor moral? or is it more due to substandard policemen? i think outsourcing some duties to AETOs and CISCO has affected standard of SPF

Poor leadership is the root cause, other factors are a consequence of the root cause. Employee motivation plummets with poor leadership.

Thanks to excellent PAP polices, Singapore is full of successful people. Bukkuttay is just one of many.

yes, many successful people in SG.

likewise many successful people in Laos, Myanmar, N Korea, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan

successful people is not a key criterium in deciding whether the govt is good

There are successful people the world over but because of the prudent management of the country by the talented PAP government, Singapore has a far higher percentage of successful people compared to countries you mention. 1 out of 6 households has at least $1 million in disposable wealth and this excludes the value of their property/business.

While you may knock the PAP for some of its policies, you cannot deny the fact that when it comes to the bottom line, they are doing an excellent job.
