Typical fucktard dunno the situation, u should just shut up. Many reasons for the absence of condom use during the conception, eg. religious grounds, rape, condom broken during sex, the mother may be mentally handicap, etc. Could be one or both parents took the baby away from the mother immediately after birth and buried the baby there due to family shame. Lots and lots of reason, only simple minds think of condom use at a time like this. Moron.
Aiyah!, we are running off tangent here, you will be saying that lucky the old man was born, & somewhere now in time, he was there to save this precious life, and this & others will go on forever.
The point, is the infant is born, is now alive & would face an uncertain future; even the baby is adopted by any couple. The baby would carry the stigma of being born out of wedlock and be called "bastard" by nasty people, some where down the road.
Instead of speculating on what, when & where went wrong for the baby entry into this world, let us wish the baby , a good & fruitful life ahead.

AN INDONESIAN woman believed to have buried her newborn baby in a rooftop garden was charged in court on Tuesday with illegal entry.
Indriani, 27, who goes by one name, is said to have entered Singapore - without a valid pass - in or before February 2010.
Sporting long hair, the former domestic worker was arrested by police near Eunos MRT station on Sunday.
She was remanded at Bedok police division until May 4 for investigation as she is believed to be involved in other criminal cases, the court heard.
On the previous Monday, a retiree was smoking at the sixth-floor garden of a multi-storey carpark when he heard what he thought was a cat mewing.
He looked among the plants and found the muddied baby boy. If convicted, she can be jailed for up to six months and fined up to $6,000.
