Oh really thought it was the other way around saw these Koreans beating the crap out of their dogs before cooking them. Guess we took the easyway and used the land rover to beat them up

Beating up is different from crushing up. Beating it up will make the blood flow and the meat tender and juicier just before the moment of slaughter. Crushing it to death under a heavy object like a vehicle will only leave it behind as a splatter of pulp. Surely you've seen roadkill carcasses of rats, cats, dogs etc. before.
