The English muffins are pretty easy to bake on your own, but why choose plant-based patties?
i've abandoned meat products in the u.s. that are raised with gmo-feed, cramped in enclosures, processed in meat-packing factories, and transported on long land routes in refrigerated rigs. meat products that are organically fed, raised in local farms and ranches, and transported on short local routes are ok, but i eat meat less often these days. the former source of meat is more likely to have issues, especially beef with mad cow disease contamination as ranchers add untreated animal tissue parts to the feed, besides growth hormones. plant-based patties are deemed to be safer than real pork patties, as pork processing in the u.s. is horrendous.
