feeding is illegal but can spray them with shelltox or baygon
The primary reason is to stop the spread of vermin and especially rats. It is not only for hygiene reason, they attack the eggs and the young. Other reasons are stop the feeding of unsuitable and inappropriate feed that will affect the health of the birds and animals.
Got money to feed animals y don't buy some food n donate to needy families or lonely old folks.
It feels nice to have a furry animal cuddle up to you, licking his tongue on your fingers where the scent of food lingers. From a human, that would be a terrible feeling!
