Take for example...everyone talks about minimum wage..but many forgot that there is also no MAXIMUM WAGE..
They just hinted that it is since 3 years already that they have no wage increase..
So once again they are going for the sky to up their pay and raid the reserves...
Talented people will leave for greener pastures if their pay is too low. Duds and folks with erectile dysfunction fear losing their jobs because they have no where to go. So, there is no need to raise their minimum wage.
