When I was young, I saw stray dogs with their intestine came out from their rectal. So it is also caused by hernia ?

What you describe is inguinal hernia and it is not caused by the weight of the intestines. It caused by a weak spot in the abdominal wall.

Hernias can appear wherever there is a weakness, around the belly button, in the stomach region and in the groin too.
