Just ordered a book on how to cure Type II diabetes for US$43 which includes shipping to Spore.

The author previously had Type II diabeles & wrote the book "Insulin: Our Silent Killer" to document how he cured himself.

The book is 140+ pages long & I don't want to churi from what is obviously an independant author

Can do what I did, go to the Maybank at Toa Payoh & they can do the Western Union transfer. Just have to provide name, address, your paying to in the US & provide your name & address. Then do a follow up email to the author as a heads up

Email the author & ask if you could pay by money order. Its archaic but you face the same problem with many small businesses in Spore, Mysia, & Batam

Skimming the book, you can reverse Type II diabetes but it'll returm if you continue to eat trans fat, engineered fats, artificial sweeters, etc

The same is true with reversing heart problems. It is possible to unblock the block arteries but unless you understand the underling causes of the problem, you'll face the same problem again if you don't watch what you eat

When I looked at the price on the price label it was $63+.

You can of course get discount If it's your birthday, or they are having promotions. I don't know if they are offering further discounts because I was just browsing.

Udo's producs are expensive because they are kept refrigerated to preserve the freshness & contained in a glass bottle to prevent leaching. The shelf life with is only 6 months.

I've ordered the same bottle(500ml) from iHerb but will only get it in 7 to 14 days because its comming by post. At US$27.60(SIN$36) + US$4(postage) I don't mind compromising on some freshness. If I like it I intend to get the larger bottles the next time I order using courier delivery.
