Of course it is. I have commuted for a month with only one disruption along the East-west line. That is less than 1 incident in 20 days. Singapore is much better in every way.

everytime i'm in sg, mrt works fine with 0 disruption 100% of the time. the only service issues involve delays which are not the same as disruptions. on bart in the bay area, delays happen daily and disruptions happen weekly. sinkies should consider themselves lucky for enjoying a far superior transit system compared to those in canada and the u.s.
