It could also mean oppositions votes may go up because those fearful of LKY may try to vote for oppositions now!

To appreciate what Ah Kong has done for the country is complete issue from voting for PAP.

As a matter of fact it's progressive to vote for more oppositions in Parliament.

Most angmo countries have strong oppositions in Parliament!

I believe some opposition supporters will vote pap because of (and in memory of) that dead old fucker. This is very disturbing indeed. We are voting to curb the pap disease from spreading further, and to secure a better future for our families. Letting emotion and a sense of servitude preside over rational thinking is the dumbest thing ever. I hope these dumb fucks are a small minority.

decades ago people mistakenly though it was so powerful and great that
when it dies , stock market would collapse , value of property would fall
samleong would commit suicide
, johntan would be out of job and collecting cardboards and drink cans.

as event turned out nothing of that sort happened.
