Please lah,you are giving them ammunition for future propaganda.This time they were caught with their pants,oooops, I mean her panties down.Next time they may use your line....And if any one do dies in such a fiasco in future,they cam always pin it on terrorists.I am sure no one will be wiser.Because till today nobody knows what Mas Selamat exactly did or did not do.
If anyone of you had been stationed or visited Malaysia frequently enough, you would have noticed the service standard provided by Malaysian to know that this SAW shit is just acting as herself!
Businesses are set up in Malaysia by Malaysian as a privilege for you consumers, they are doing you a bloody gigantic favour when they sell you something!
Salesperson are always not available from Monday to Thursday & they are too busy catching up on what they did not do for the past four days on Friday & it is off days for them on Saturday & Sunday! Do not ever expect follow up once they've sold anything to you!
IN retail business, when you have a complain, the person handling your case is always a newcomer despite working there for the past twenty years!
In lifestyle products like cars, what they do not have is something that can never be sold in Malaysia because nobody wants it! E.g ESTIMA one of the best selling MPV in Malaysia but nobody wants it according to Toyota Malaysia! Plenty of Honda Oddysey on the Malaysian roads but according to Honda Malaysia, no market for this model! And yes coupe & convertibles nobody will ever buy according to most if not all car agents! Try looking at Bukit Bintang during party hours and you will discover the non demand of coupe & convertibles!
Thus in conclusion, SMRT is doing you a favour by being there, you are entitled not to take it if you are not happy! SAW SLUT is new to thus you have to just take it and not expect anything done! They will not improve on their service in terms of reliability & frequency because there's simply no demand by commuters! And do not expect any follow up because SAW SLUT is simply too busy from Monday to Thursday & Friday she needs to catch up on the last four days and she is off on Saturday & Sunday! And she is also taking Pre holiday's holiday & Post holiday rest day and if any of these days falls on off days, the following working days shall be deem as replacement day off!

Most Singaporeans do not venture further than City Square in JB for their purchases .Hence it may shock them since all sales staff are more than eager to serve Singaporeans.That is a false notion.They smile at you becuse it's only once a week for exorbitant profits.beyond that everything about Malaysians is exactly as what you said.

This lady has no business running the MRT. Not only the system failed, it failed extensively. 5 hrs, no sign of incident management, communication etc. you don't need incident in DFS. Just bring down the shutter and customers go to another store. Nobody loses sleep. There is already bets being taken in the Civil Service on her role.

"There was no panic at all." she told the ST. "The staff were well trained to handle the situation. I would not hesitate to continue using the train daily."... etc etc
