If it is acsbr, then it proves me right. The culprits must be from some lousy school. My kids tell me that the elite acs schools are the independent and international school. The barker road school is just a dumping ground for losers who can't make it into the elite acs schools.

The Chinese High is integrated into HCI if I understand correctly, HCI inducts females into the through-train program, so have to rule it out.

If the matter was handled by the police, the boys would be let off with a stern warning. The police will not cane them. That's for sure. And when investigation is carried out discreetly, the boys will not have to suffer public humiliation right before their peers.
