Some people like to wayang and have their minions do everything; coming in only to show face, shake hands and then fuck off. Some people to be doing real work. I met Mathhias before, he took time to explain the challenges and politics between Singapore and Malaysia when a resident asked (hot topic back then) and some residents told me he does his best and personally follow up on them.
