pool is only a bit larger than the size of my house land area. might as well not have a pool and save on maintenance payment. :(
length is kind of ok, but 26' too narrow.

With cost of materials going up, I wish you all the best! But I think Setia won't be so cheapskate lah. Their profit margin is already so fat.

Compare the specs here for similarly sized units, and you can see Oak is better, so unlikely Setia will scrimp on the tiles.
