Just sharing with friends, i am not as rich as some bros in this forum and definitely has no funds to buy more on my own.
A friend of mine (same age) has more than 10 properties now and has land as well but he is so humble that no one in his family knows about it and he intends to keep it that way.
Even his facebook page, he has taken down all photos of his experiences and trips overseas including his wife to avoid his relatives comparing and trying to outdo each other. One time he shared about his flight being stuck and his aircraft engineer cousin immediately told him that first time in a A380 is like that as aircraft is so complex, etc so failures are common but he didn't know this chap already sat in A380 for more than 20 times. One thing is that he actually hates flying though and refused flying and risks being bypassed for promotion. He prefers to be grounded for his family.

Just late last year, East Ledang Semi D only selling 1.9 mil. Property price in Nusajaya just keep moving up.
I don't have the brochures yet but sounds interesting.

Wow, alrady rm 1.8million now. Sad. Missed out on previous semi-ds a few months back. only rm 1.2million for same size, but slightly smaller built up area. Sigh.
The foreigners quota filled for the semi-d. Don't think Singaporean can get any semi-d unit only bungalow for RM2.7mil. They asking for RM1.9mil semi-d for lake facing unit.:*:

Does it mean that the earlier batch can also fetch 1.8M in the resale market ? I see they are still advertised for 1.2 to 1.3M at Tophill website ?
