Actuali hor.. the Blanco court soup not bad...got standard..maybe becos hor..i order cheap $4.80 bowl...next time i order big prawn...maybe better

Wah Piang Eh... The soup base is the same be it the big prawn or medium prawn.

I believe the Beach Road Hae Mee at the East Coast Road fries the prawn heads and shells before simmering into the broth. I also suspect they put Har Cheong into their soup base too...
