Several Victorian school students competing in a sports competition in Singapore have been “involved in an incident” and are currently being investigated by police.

Bacchus Marsh Grammar, a private school in the state’s north west, currently has a number of students in Singapore taking part in a regional sports competition.

A statement from principal Andrew Neal confirmed a “small group of students” were involved in “an incident” in Orchard Road, a popular retail district.

The female students were arrested on Sunday after they were allegedly caught with items from Victoria’s Secret and Crocs shoes.
