You owe yourself so much more than what you owe your job. Agree?

You owe yourself so much more than what you owe your job

Your job is just your job.
Do not have too much opinions about it

When you are assigned a role at work
people expect you to do that role well.
A lot of things really aren’t your problem.

They shouldn’t be.
Being proactive is another thing all together.
If you decide to be proactive, then be that in areas you pick and choose, according to what you enjoy doing, and what you have bandwidth for. Not for you to show your worth, or be the smartest person in the group.

Save your energy.
Pace yourself.

You do not owe your managers your worth or your life.
You however owe them your diligence and your full concentration when you’re working during the hours you are getting paid for.

You owe yourself as much experience you can gather to better yourself as a person, for your upskilling. That's it.
