You don't wake up, you still pay GST to the PAP, for to certify you are no longer here fees & what come after, are all GST charged..You wake up...turn on the lights, the fan, the aircond, use the water...you pay GST...you lie down..fan or aircond on..you pay GST...it is to hep the poor! please feel charitable...die you pay, don't die you pay too!.
