Attention: Influencers, Friends Of The PAP, sycophants
The PAP has approached you for help with one or all of the tasks named below:
a. drown out all dissenting voices on social media platforms
b. report your neighbours who support opposition parties to the authorities
c. actively promote PAP's activities on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
d. character-assasinate your co-workers who support the opposition
e. create and sow FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) among undecided voters
f. engage in fearmongering among supporters of the opposition
We say to you "Well and good" and the aim of this post is not to dissuade you from helping the political elites to return to power at the coming general election.
On the contrary we want you to remember that you are not running a charity.
You must demand to be rewarded handsomely for helping the PAP. You must not be shy or feel embarrased about asking for high monetary compensation.
The PAP ministars were not embarrased when they demanded to be paid millions of dollars to rule over a small population of 6 million inhabitants on a tiny piece of land of about 780 square kilometers.
The costs of living are increasing each year. CDC vouchers, GST reliefs and assurance packages are not enough to cover them. Home prices have skyrocketed. Healthcare costs are becoming more unaffordable. By the time your children go to college (a.k.a. university), you may have to borrow money from the bank to help your kids complete their tertiary education.
Are you living in an HDB flat now? Do you wish to move into a high-end condominium?
Are you tired of taking public transport? Don't you wish to be able to own a car so that you can drive it to wherever you want?
Are you sick of eating at food centres (a.k.a. hawker centres)? You wish to go to swanky posh 7-star restaurants with your family and friends, yes?
How you wish to take your family to Europe, the U.S.A., Canada, Japan or Australia on holiday, instead of going to Johor Baru, Bali or Batam?
You or your child needs to wait for more than two hours just to see a medical specialist at restructured (a.k.a. government-run) hospitals? Queues to see a specialist doctor at private clinics at Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles or Novena are much shorter, right?
So what do you do?
As influencers and Friends Of The PAP, you have a right to demand to be paid well in return for helping the ruling party.
Don't follow in the footsteps of big-time losers who sarpok or por-lum-par the PAP and yet live in HDB flats, take public transport, can only afford to eat at food/hawker centres, queue long long at restructured/government-run hospitals just to see medical specialists as subsidized patients and looking forward to receiving Assurance Packages, GST reliefs, CDC vouchers to cope with the high costs of living. How do these losers end up like this? It's because their owners/masters don't reward them well or at all.
