Yong Vui Kong and the FUCKING LIBERAL agenda......

Capitalism = means of production owned by private individuals and operated for private profit. Whether you have property rights and security or not doesn't diminish the fact there is no public sector in an anarcho-capitalism, only private individuals pursuing their own ends. :)

how can there be private means of production when there are no enforcement of private ownership and contracts???

you are even more naive than I am...

Private: 1.Belonging to a particular person or persons, as opposed to the public or the government

Whether one private individual can secure his property from being appropriated by another private individual is irrelevant. Inevitably, property in an anarcho-capitalism would belong to private individuals, one way or another. Besides, securing property is not the preserve of governments. I think you're making the mistake of assuming enforcement and security could only be provided by a group of private individuals calling themselves "government".

enforcement and security can be provided by groups of private individuals ... you are the 1 who assume it must be done by a monopoly called government....

why ? because you dun even believe in enforcement and security in the 1st place... in that case there is no pt discussing

Who it who said this:

I am more capitalist than anarchist.... you cant have capitalism if you dun recognise and safeguard property rights

An anarchy can't recognise and safeguard property rights? And when did I claim to not believe in enforcement and security? Point out the particular quote just as I've pointed out the very words in which you contradict yourself. :)

If my neighbour in the hypothetical anarcho-capitalist society wanted to impose death penalty on me, he would have no legitimacy because there are no universal laws or moral code in the kinda anarcho-capitalist society that a pacifist like me would choose to live in. Legitimacy is important because you need legitimacy to get people to do the things you want them to. As it stands, legitimacy is determined by a quinquennial political X-Factor where one group of useless sycophants with more gerrymandered seats than other groups of useless sycophants gets to dictate on where we live and how we live for five years without any opposition whatsoever. Is this the best system we can come up with?

you dun believe in enforcement of death penalty or Legitimacy ... in which case, there is no point talking ownership ....

if you wan to discuss something other than the FUCKING LIBERAL agenda.. please open you own thread...

Now you're getting delusional. I don't believe in the enforcement of the death penalty? Huh? You're more incoherent than TracyTan. I think I deserve a better opponent. :D
