What happened to the $380million, refreshment will not be provided?

It is likely a sponsorship thing, think Nike/Adidas are not the sponsors. Whoever the official sponsor is (some company other than Nike/Adidas), they do not want to see any other company logo in the venue, this is understandable since they have paid money to be the sponsor.

Looks like they asked Nike and Adidas for sponsorship and both replied :oIo:. They got better things to do like sponsor Manchester United and Liverpool.

Nike has $$ coming out of its ears and would throw $$ at any event that it feels got advert reach.

They had hope to get big time sponsors - maybe $30M for Nike for official sportswear, acer official computer $10M, coke official drink ($5M, Visa official credit card $10M and so on.

When the word 'invite' and to a special occasion but no food catered for the invitation and if I received this letter I'll tell my kid not to go. And it was the $M dollars (CEO status) Ministers that organised this program. What a shame to PAP.

You invite me to your wedding, I have to bring along my own food & drink, I throw your invitation card into the dustbin. But these kids have no choice, they are 'shanghaied'...

What happened to the 300m spent, INVITE the children & not food is given, not even a cup cake or a kueh at least or a cup pf iced Milo or Ovaltine..I see, can not get sponsorship...only 'members' company sponsor..
