For IOC, no way would an Asian stand a chance to be top dog there; whoever is helming the seat he/she only need one thing. Strong finances to run and good connections . Honestly, in sports; how many of these Presidents and Vice Presidents are fueling their passions in their respective sports usually with support of their own finances along side with government support with a string of conditions.

Wtf & lol! What a big climbdown for Ng Ser Miang! Reading the PAP-government press, one would have seriously thought he stands a solid chance of winning and yet he garnered only 6 votes in each round; more specifically, joint last in 1st round and a faraway 3rd in the 2nd round.
