【解说】提到福州鱼丸，很多人一定都不陌生，作为福州最具盛名的风味小吃之一，福州鱼丸的细腻Q弹也吸引着众多的食客。5月30日，2019海峡(福州)渔业周、中国(福州)国际渔业博览会在福州揭幕。一个重达557.6斤的巨大鱼丸现身福州海峡国际会展中心，吸引了众人的眼球，它也在当天获得认证，成为了世界最大的包心鱼丸。
【解说】眼前这个巨大的鱼丸重量达557.6斤，直径达到82.5厘米，由特殊工具烹饪后运至现场。工作人员告诉记者，因鱼丸体积巨大，制作工艺复杂精细。经过多次试验，不断尝试，最终成功制成。

我们整整试验了一个月，一个月我们浪费了可能这种鱼肉猪肉大概有几吨，浪费掉了，就不断试不断试，怎么把它定形，怎么把它馅包进去，怎么把它弄熟，我们试了很多方法，这个鱼丸我们煮要煮七个小时，做做两个小时，是这样子，主要是要把它煮透太难了。
【解说】这个大鱼丸的亮相，也吸引了众人的围观。中午12点左右，在十余名壮汉的共同努力下，大鱼丸成功下锅，现场食客争相品尝。

从小就吃鱼丸长大的，对这鱼丸很有感情，所以我们是坚定了这样子去做，把我们原来祖传的这些几代下来的工艺经过自己的改良，然后再把它推送出来。
【解说】当天，这个巨大的鱼丸也成功挑战“世界最大的包心鱼丸”，并获世界纪录认证。
