For those who are not aware, the band's most famous member is its leader (who is the one sitting on the floor in the above photo):

ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/YOSHIKI
Even though he's ironically not the lead singer, he's the band's usual composer and lyricist, and the band's only drummer and pianist.

And here's the first of seven songs by them that I like, released in 1989:

If you had watched super band competition years back, they were pretty amazing copycats (image wise) considering they are sinkie little bengs :D

I'm afraid I did not watch that show over ten years ago:
wikipedia.org/wiki/SuperBand#Season_1
simply because I had, and still have, near-zero interest in Sinkie-pop. :D

But I noticed that Lucify lost to another Sinkie band:
wikipedia.org/wiki/Mi_Lu_Bing
(迷路兵, literally "lost soldiers")

What a name! :p

When I support the local band is not due to their skills but rather for sinkie little bengs/lians to achieve those standards is already something big to me.

Yes ice milo won lucify on their 乖乖难孩 image

I wish media Corp organise more of such competition to encourage the local 打band仔 .
