My friend received sms from a licensed money lender with sender hp +63 XXXXXX, if keen is to call a sg hp no. Likely the sg hp is an agent. Looks like pinoy has started to run licensed ah long business in sinkieland faint

The number in the message is still a local SG number.
Maybe someone might call from a similar foreign number to follow up.
They are not call center though they are making marketing calls.
In the illegal loanshark syndicate hierarchy, the ones manning the phones be it marketing calls or conducting debtors interview are considered pretty high up....many notches above the runners who are on the ground....the street term for these runners behind the phones are call 'tai zi' as opposed to those on the ground known as 'coolies'.

Report mata is useless. Mata will act blur and nothing happens.
Even the local number provided also satellite sim or registered by debtors.
These syndicates have runners locally to do the work...only the people behind are based overseas to evade arrest.
