You like? :confused::confused:

only about $1.6 million for 3 bedrooms and $2 million for 4 bedrooms...... 999 years some more....

And it's in district 19 of Singapore :D:D

If only I have the cash...:mad::mad:
Unless you are a mermaid, why do you want a private pool? Such a private pool is too small for real swimming, more of a large bathtub. The novelty effect disappears within days. Better to just rent one for a month, and get it out of your wish list forever.

Note that ultra luxury condos also no longer comes with private pool.

ok.... back to the penthouse - agent told me there's 2 units left.... but I don't know if it's sales talk...... I shall procrastinate as usual.....:)., and I really don't think our AngMor have means to buy.....

Well, the private pool is definitely an attraction, depends on whether you are buying for investment or to stay.

Investment wise, paya lebar and aljunied condos have the highest yields. Low price due to red light district, and lots of PRC tenants looking for that area. My advice is check out district 14 older condos, even those not near Geylang. Those are FH, and priced very reasonably.

If they are that good buys, we won't be reading about its availability. Penthouses? But, small ones. In the 70s, 80s and 90s. penthouses usually at least 3000sq ft.

Good spot to make love and enjoy the scenery at the same time...

Nice unit.. crap location.

ia m not sure if having a pool in an apartment is an healthy idea, daily dosage of evaporating chlorine... very cancer causing..

i don't fancy penthouse apartments in hot climates. if the unit has a lofty roof and a sizable layer of attic space, the heat in living spaces will be more bearable. otherwise, your aircon will need to be on all day and night. with a pool, your power bill will be off the charts. :*:

The first time I learnt the word penthouse....it was a well thumbed contraband magazine

Notice almost all the property ads and tv commercial will have the common showcase that guys who live in this house:
1) will have an attractive woman as companion
2) will be driving a luxury car
3) will be going for fine dinning and high class socializing
4) will be going sailing in a leisure craft
5) will be swimming with a beautiful woman
6) will have a complete suite of wardrobe
