they don’t think like ceca and tiong moms. sinkie moms prefer to stay behind in sg due to comfort food and convenience factors. plus it’s clean, safe, and affordable with cheap maids, subsidized housing, discounted transport fares for seniors, almost free healthcare for pioneer generation. in sillycon valley i seldom see sinkie grannies. just young sinkie couples with kids coping with sexpensive rents and childcare. ceca and tiong grannies on the other hand will cum and help with childcare for their precious anchor babies. plus they suck the generous welfare and free public healthcare system dry. but at the end of it most of them thrive. if their kids work for meta, apple, alphabet, netflix, nvidia, etc. and receive generous pay and stock options 6.9 years ago they will be multi millionaires by now. i see many ceca and tiong grannies living in newly rebuilt monster homes costing over $6.9m in the valley from san jose, santa clara, sunnyvale to palo alto, los altos, cupertino, saratoga. the sacrifices they made are finally rewarded with new found wealth. yet they remain with no permanent residence status, just 6-month visas. their stock option millionaire kids are stuck with h1b visas renewable every 6 years. their only hope for long term stay are their anchor babies, hoping that they will grow up as shitizens and petition for their parents’ pr status.

If the mother can speak English, it is not an issue. Plus just let her go there tour Florida, it's a nice sunny place. Your friend chose a nice retirement place, I want to have a retirement place there too for future plan. Now BKK is nearer & more Asian.
The tiongs & ceca have it good as this place is a public toilet & the toilet uncle can speak both Mandarin & English.

That's what my army friend did. His wife psycho him to relocate to Florida with the kids. His 80 year old mother is all alone in Sinkieland as he's the only child and his old man kicked the bucket a few years ago. I have to visit her every week or take her out for meals as she keeps complaining of being miserable and wants to die. Sad!

His mother and father probably voted for PAP and caused him to flee to Florida. The mother deserves to rot in Singapore.
