A senior banker not only mistook the race of a man she got to know through SpeedDate on Facebook, but was even aware that she was raped by him on their first date!
41 year old by Azuar Aham was charged in High Court today for raping and molesting 22 women he met just made.
He introduced himself as a ‘Shawn Tan’ to the senior banker whose identity is kept confidential under a court gag order and managed to deceive her into believing that he is a dentist working at a private hospital.
After meeting Azuar for a drink, she became unconscious after which he brought her to a hotel in Lavender Street and filmed himself raping her before checking out with her at 2am.
She woke up at home and when she called Azuar, he claimed she had been intimate with him. As she was unable to recall her love-making session with Azuar, she dropped the matter.
Only when she was called up by the police did she finally realize that he had raped her and filmed it.
