IT之家 8 月 23 日消息 据硅谷分析狮报道，产业链最新消息称，华为将在下个月发布新的旗舰版麒麟处理器，其基于台积电 5nm 工艺，而它也将会是全球最先推出 5nm 移动芯片的厂商，比苹果同样基于台积电 5nm 工艺的 A14 处理器至少快近一个月时间。
报道称，台积电正在集中一切力量来生产基于 5nm 的麒麟芯，以尽可能保证 Mate 40 系列的使用。按照之前美国的禁令，9 月 15 日之后台积电将不能再为华为生产芯片。
报道还称，上游芯片产业链消息人士称，华为到年底之前所需要的麒麟处理器芯片数量，不论 5nm，7nm 手机芯片或是 16nm，28nm 例如海思自研的 TWS 耳机蓝牙芯片，都会在 9 月中前全部交付，目前的产能推进一切顺利，所以不会耽误既定机型的发布和上市。
产业链在最新消息中还提到，由于美国升级了禁令要求，这导致联发科为华为手机准备的 5G 芯片没办法出货，只能靠小米、OPPO 和 vivo 来消化。
