Totally agree.

Putting personal files on any cloud is similar to giving all your money to the some random person in the street and expecting him to keep it safe for you. Would you trust him if he told you that he promises to keep it safe? Funny that people all trust the cloud when they say you can trust them to keep your passwords, files, videos, pictures safe...

There are just too many areas in any cloud where your data can be compromised.

That being said, if you already have your data in the cloud, it probably already compromised. No amount of deleting is going to remove the files from the server.

No cloud storage service can be fully trusted.

Only use it as temporary backup storage for non-essential, non-confidential files to be transferred elsewhere.
